Would you date someone who had previously dated one of your friends?

Yes! I'm perfectly happy to date my friend's exes. They're exes for a reason.
No! It's too incestuous. I don't feel comfortable dating a friend's ex.
Maybe Yes: I haven't had the opportunity, but I don't see a problem with it.
Maybe No: I haven't done it, but I don't think I would.

MVPS Only?
I've been curled up on my couch most of the day making notes and thinking of ideas for my wedding. The biggest thing that has had me thinking for most of the day is the guest list.

He wants his parents and daughter there. (Actually he wants his daughter in the wedding but I think getting her there alone is going to be quite the task!) And I don't think we can ignore commanding officers!

But we know so, so many people and have both fully agreed that we want a small thing. We can't possibly fit all the people we know into our wedding without having a huge to-do.

How do we cut down a guest list? Preferably without hurting feelings?

Dearest Michelle,
Everyone knows that the definition of a small wedding means close friends and family members. This is your special day :), if you want a small wedding you will have to do what is necessary. The simplest solution i can think of for your guest list is for the groom: His parents, daughter (if possible) and his best man. Bride : your parents, your maid of honor, and maybe one or two bridesmaids. If you plan on having a guest list a little bigger than this i would sit down with your fiance and discuss who is to be in the inner circle of friends to be invited that you deem most precious to you. This could range from 3-4 or 5-6 people. Dont worry about hurting feelings, worse comes to worse you can have a small wedding and then have more people at the reception. It might be a good idea to host it at your house if finances are an issue. Plus the afterparty is what everyone looks forward to :)
